When wearing a bcd , should we tighten the waistband on the waist or on the belt position? Someone may say ,well it is called waist band so it should be fit on the waist but personally I see when I tighten the waistband on the belt the Bcd becomes much more stable than positioning it on the waist. But the problem this time is that it is hard to wear a weight belt . So where is the proper place of the waist band?
