Nasal and no appointment…walk-in between 7 am and 7 pm I believe.
 
Have heard that the Red flag is up at the port office. Might be a good idea idea to check with your dive op this morning.
9 days back the port captain lifted the previous evening's closure @ 07:50 so it may very well open back up this morning

Port is closed this evening but the winds should shift east in the morning and if this port captain is consistent it should open in the AM. After that the winds look good for the rest of the month. This looks like the first November that I can remember with no day time closures. I hope this port captain sticks around.
