penyelam:
Hello folks,

I'll go straight to the point.

What pdc would you rather have:

1) Atom ( http://www.oceanicworldwide.com/p_computers_atom.html )
2) Mosquito ( http://www.suunto.com/ )

reasoning isn't necessary. Just put no 1 or no 2.

Greatly appreciated!

Thank you

penyelam

I can't speak to the Atom but I can speak about the Mosquito.

I purchased this as my primary a couple of years ago (Vyper is now my primary) as it could also double as an alarm clock/watch.
It is small and rather simple to read. The battery is easy to replace and last ~1 year (depending on mant dives you do). It takes care of the basic need.

That's my take on it,

Dave

1) Oceanic ATOM it is.

#2 - back-up to my Cobra.

Yes Atom

Atom gets my vote, but...

A more resonable comparison would be between an Atom 1.0 and a Suunto D9.
