T.C. you read and believe what you choose to. I note you ignore my info about BOPEC.
And, your shouting (Large caps) is tiresome.

Because BOPEC is absolutely irrelevant! It's on the other side of the island, and does a completely different business, on a vastly different schedule. They are total opposites.

Why do you insist on applying laws concerning Venezuela to Bonaire? Surely, you must know that they are different...Right? Your claims on this have not been accurate, so that is why I don't believe you. I believe in what I can research and determine to be true. Do you have any facts that back up your assertions that this policy (which does not apply to Bonaire, at BOPEC, the Town Pier or the Salt Pier) has any influence on Cargill's former rules?

As for your opinion about the caps- to put it bluntly; I Don't Care. Stop trying to tell people how and what to write.

Good advice. Take it.

I haven't told you what to write. You're making that up.

I did, however, prove your theories wrong. There's a difference. Learn it.

Leaving the legal stuff aside, I am curious, what is so special about the Salt Pier site that attracts night divers?

Salt Pier is a decent dive, but I think it's biggest draw is how simple it is to navigate, even at night. Even if you have crappy nav skills and a cheap dive light, you can find your way back to your truck.

I see, thanks! ;) I forgot, is the double reef there already or is it further South?

I'm pretty sure it's farther south. I don't recall seeing the double reef at Salt Pier.

The double reef roughly runs from Punt Vierkant south to Invisibles. It's deeper in some areas, like around Salt Pier, and thus not frequently dived.

My favorite is to enter at The Lake or Angel City and make a loop from shore to outer reef, returning over the Hilma Hooker and completing the loop back on the inner reef.

It is partly a muck dive, with an enormous number of critters to be seen, and partly a very pretty dive with lots of fish in the water column and rays of light coming down through them. Saying its main attraction is easy navigation is like saying the best thing about mac-and-cheese-with-lobster is that you don't need a knife to eat it.
