Dive several shore dives off my friends beach house in Plymouth (near Ellisville state park, Harlows landing)

Did a dusk dive Fri, AM dive Sat and night dive Friday. The conditions were suprisingly good with calm flat seas, decent vis. (25 feet) Water temps are between 53 and 55 degrees. All three dives, I dove at the highest tides.

Had the most awesome night dive. Went in at dusk and came out 92 min later. Besides usual lobsters, skates, saw plenty of flounder, a couple black sea bass, and a couple Sea Ravens. There also lots of small baby fish (2 inch long flounder and sea raven)
On way back to shore, came across baby squid in the shallows totally attracted to my light. Lots of small jelly fish. In the sand, tons of Hermit crabs and moon snails. In fact, I saw two of them bunched together (probably mating?)

Can't wait to get back to Cape next weekend. Looking forward to some more shore dives (Sandwich town beach, Garbage Beach)

Not looking good on Cape Ann the rest of the week with all the rain and storms. Was hoping to squeeze in a night/dusk dive this week but doesn't look worth suiting up for.
