Which is not infrared, which is what I brought up about the new models coming out soon. A dive light or camera strobe is probably brighter, but a 24 hour automatic strobe even not impressive still has merit, and I guess the infrared would be great with night vision.BTW PLB1 too. I guess the bigger appeal of the new models is the addition of a third set of satellites to connect with. That view screen on the ACR 2922 sounds interesting, but I can't see value.
