Moving to Bradenton, Florida in the end of June (wife's transfer). Looks like we will not be able to close on our home in time to have 30 days or so to buy/close on new home in Bradenton to move in. Looking for a single family residence (got 2 cars, trailer with tools and 15lbs Bichon). Most likely will rent for 6-12 months. This way we'll be able to get familiar with area to buy a house. HS is important, and would prefer BHRS or Lakewood Ranch (got very good reviews/scores). Thank you.
