I had my still camera. When the bull sea lion bit my elbow I had to punch him in the nose to get him to let go. In doing so, I accidently pushed the shutter. The last photo that day was an out of focus shot of his eye. :)
This guy takes his seal loving a little too seriously. He has a lot of seal encounter videos on YouTube.

That's pretty wild. I've seen harbor seals several times but they usually would cruise by slowly but way far away. The last time we went to Anacapa, a fat one came right between my buddy and myself and started nibbling at his fins, then it went off instead of staying around.
 
That video is crazy...."It's all good, until..." Wow! Still need to remember that they are wild.
 
As the character Morgan said in the 1960s movie of the same name, "I think I was born into the wrong species."
