does anyone have pictures of an AUL canister in use? i'm looking on the main website and besides the nice pictures of their canisters sitting on a rock, i cannot get a good grasp about the actual canister size.

actually, their entire website is lacking in any information at all: burn times, if their prices include a charger, etc. if anyone coudl point me to a more helpful resource than the mfg. website, i'd be one happy dude.

There is information on the website regarding burn times,
But don't ask me where because it's been a while since I
visited the site.

Yes, I believe the charger comes with the light.

I can't show you a picture of one but I do own a Spectrum 7.
It works well for the $$$.

Advantages to AUL: price is right. quality is good.
canister is acrylic which takes pressure quite well and
can be seen through.

"Dis"(?)advantage: canister is acrylic. acrylic does not
react well to being dropped. acrylic also scratches quite
easily.

I'd suggest calling them and asking questions. The have
been very helpful when I call.

email me @ green_manelishi@juno.com for more information.

To get more info from AUL go to their website and send them a message. They have a place where you can contact them. I sent them a message when I was looking into an HID light and they responded the next day. The person answered all my questions to the point and with clarity.
By the way...I bought a DIVERITE wreck canister with a 13deg bulb/fixed. It works GREAT!!!
Good Luck

All kinds of good info on burn times, dimensions, weight, etc..

I own a spectrum 8 canister w/ video reflector using it for video lighting. Works great, relatively cheap compared to other video light setups.
