I'll try to upload more when I get time. I also have a bunch of video taken during the storm and afterwards.

We moved to a rear unit at the yacht CLub. at about 6 we walked to Pedro's to get pizza. everything was supposed to be closed, but Peter kept Pedro's open to feed the tourists. We walked home at about 8pm in 40 mph winds and drizzle.. By 10 the winds were screaming

top the point where we could not open our veranda door. By about 11, the flooding started and the power went out. The water had been turned off at 5pm. I do not know why. We had about 3-4 inches of water in the entire second floor condo. I moved our daughter from the couch in the front room to my bed in the back room. We put all of our luggage on the bed with us and rode out the storm. Sometime around 3:30, I fell asleep until 6am.

The water came in around the sliding door on the veranda. I don't want to say it was rain water because the door was plastered with seaweed. But the unit below us was not flooded. The waves did not surround our building. The scariest part was how much the glass in the sliding door was flexing. We hid in the bedoom away from it. Did I mention how loud it was?
