We did a spoooky night dive at Redondo last night, and my wife (alaity47) found us a Juvenile Black Sea Bass:

Fantastic. Congrats. I have yet to see a juvie, but have tons of footage of the older ones.
 
So Cool!!!! How big was it? I seen lots of what I have caled juvis in rock piles that had coloring much more similar to that of an adult. They have all been between 12 to 24 inches long.

My fiancee and I found the same fish last night.

we actually had found a different baby black sea bass in the same spot about one month ago, here's a photo of this one:

btw, I recommend that you do not post the location or depth of the fish. although its unlikely, its not worth the chance that someone will try to take the fish.

Yeah, you're right - however, I think the one we saw might be the same as the one you saw a month ago. The markings near the face look identical; the black dots along the side a little less so, but I don't know how much those change.

What do you think?

Any any rate, good to know there's more than one out there!
