Seas less then 1 foot, 60 feet viz blue green water no current
dolphins on surface schools of king fish, spotted moray and schools of fish by the hundreds

Yep...I was on Conch Reef diving on the El Enfante with the same conditions. Expect for the cold water vis and sea condition were like a summer day.

we were treated to an amazing display, as HUGE sprays of silvery baitfish erupted all around us. One diver put his face in the water as a bait spray crossed Sea Dwellers' stern... just in time to see one of the sailfish that was stirring things up!

Nope... we were a few miles up the reef at French. Gary was a few miles down the reef at Conch. I was just chiming in on what a glorious day it was!
