I did the dives off Dumaguete, on Negros. The resort is technically in Dauin, and I dived Dauin, the Masoplod Sanctuary, Sumilon Island, and Apo Island. It was absolutely fantastic diving. I don't know how it would compare to other places in the Philippines (those that did the week in Puerto Galera seemed to like both for different reasons), since it was my first warm water diving, thus it was pure heaven to me!!!
A few more shots now that I've spent the weekend sorting:

Damm!! Im not much into photography much but these are one of the best Ive ever seen. what kind of camera are you usinig? diving in the Phillipines is one of the best in the world. just hope they get some Marine Protected Areas . Ive heard theyre still fishing with mines and using poison that stunts the fishes and kills the reef in some areas.
