Philippines- best dive sites close to Manila

Hi all!
I am a new diver but have 120+ dives and am finishing up my Divemaster course. I am headed to the Philippines in February to meet an AOW friend and her parents in Manila. We are looking for a great dive site and center for experienced and DSD dives within the main island or a neighboring island. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!

South via SLEX and you reach Anilao / Batangas... famous for muck diving photography and decent shore diving reefs.
