Phew - condition test done!

Well, that was good exercise tonight, but I got 15 points with only 12 needed to pass. The only one I scored badly on was the 400m swim. I guess it's a question of learning a good swimming technique for this one. I just can't swim and breathe properly.

Congrats! I still remember our condition tests (all done in 1 day only about a month ago). I did the best in the 400yd swim but struggled with the tired diver tow (last one of the day & my left leg kept cramping). By the end of that day with the condition tests, classroom & water presentations & a stress test, I felt like I had been run over by a train. But then again, it was over & done with. Once again, congrats!

i too struggled on the 400 metre swim, a strong current, jellyfish stings, heavy legs and suddenly realising just how far 400 metres is,..
