Why do you think I'm so frustrated about the fact that nothing's been done in a year?

I can't offer you a tank, but I have a suggestion of where and how you might get to use one.
I know that on the backlot of Universal Studios, in Ca. has a tank they use for filming UW scenes, they might have one in Florida too, but I doubt it. It roughly 15 to 20 ft high and has a diameter of 20 to 25'. It has port holes at various level for filming, lights, and I believe it can be maintained at temperature. I'm sure filling it would be no problem at all.
The studios are always looking for stock footage of various types and they might be interested in filming you for 24hrs or more for use in a movie later. Or maybe they could tie it in with some movie release, or just as a special attration for thier theme park ride.
Its worth a try....
