Right now I have 6 interested plus myself, so if these 6 are for sure buying we are good to go. So if anyone else wants in speak soon. Some people want to wait until March 1 for payment, is that ok with everyone? If not I will talk to the shop and see if the ones who want to pay earlier can get theirs ASAP.

Sorry to the American buyers but HST has to be charged on the purchase but then you can fill out a form and get it back from Revenue Canada, a bit of a pain but, for 10 minutes of work the deal is still worth the effort in my opinion.
