I don't want to start another debate on the merits / "it will kill" you on AI. I am just wondering if anyone has experience mounting the transmitter and an SPG on the 2 HP ports of a Scubapro Mk17 DIN 1st stage. Will they both fit or does the transmitter need a short HP dongle?

thanks

Answered my own Q. The two HP ports are on opposite sides, so shouldn't be a problem.

I have mine mounted with no issues (other than I had to remove the "protector sleeve" from the end of the regulator hose as the body of the transmitter was too wide to allow it to be fitted with the sleeve in place).

Same as @Neilwood I also had to remove a hose protector to get the transmitter installed and then put the protector back in place. I now have 28 dives with the AI and it may not be much longer that I keep the SPG in place.
