As others have stated, March is still in the 'windy' season so you may or may not be able to get out to the Orriskany or the other, closer wrecks. Water was 59F inshore last weekend. Recent offshore reports have the temps at 60 - 65F which is typical. By March it might be slightly warmer, but not much. The hardy will dive a 7/8mm semi-dry wetsuit, the rest of us switch to dry suits below about 70. Visibility is usually above average in March - 50+. We've had a few dives this winter with 80+ when we've been able to get out. Short video of the Pete Tide II wreck back in early January

Niuhi Charters, Reef Cleaner, and High Ty'd are all running trips as weather and interest permits. Niuhi and High Ty'd are both 6-packs and will go with 4 or more divers. Reef Cleaner usually requires 8.

March is usually a transition month from cool Feb. to warm/even hot April. I have only seen a drysuit once in March on the panhandle, but as I said, do check NOAA and consider your cold tolerance. The air temp. can range from 50 to even 80F in March.
For more info. on the panhandle you may want to post in Deep Dixie Divers sub forum under Southeastern U.S. forum.
