well, since its brought up.... have the regulations improved? got worse?

I don't know if the regulations have improved, but I do know that some of the Captains wouldn't let folks spearfish in federal waters after this happened until they got their permits.

So it's had a positive effect on making sure the rules are followed.



Yes and Im sure the Operators don't want this brought up.

MAYBE A MODERATOR COULD CLOSE THIS ONE.

It was good to bring this up on January 27th, 2009, and I disagreed with Gary then about it being discussed.

Now, in January of 2011, I agree with Gary. It's a dead horse at this point.
