Hello - have a balance due for an upcoming trip with them. Have tried reaching them the past couple days via email, but no reply (disconcerting). I haven't tried calling yet, but will if I can't find info here.
QUESTION: For anyone who has paid them via a US bank wire, did you happen to keep the routing/ABA # of their US intermediary bank? Or remember which bank it was? (Fidelity is asking for this, as a legal requirement, since my account is in my Trust)

UPDATE: response via email just now. I may not need anything...how to delete a thread? can't find the means to do so.
