What about a hand truck ? My workplace has a real nice one with wide tires, but I believe it was hundreds of dollahs. :money:

How about a flat aluminum skid type cart? Kind of like you use up north on the snow.

whoa, that sounds like it might work, only problem is you have to carry it across the street if it doesnt have wheels
 
Taking a boat around is still the best way. on weekdays, weekends there are too many people showing off their big boats
 
I imagine that a flat aluminum skid card would be harder to pull on sand due to friction compared to over snow. I think also don't they "wax" the bottom of those carts up north to make them easier to pull? (I've never lived in the 'land of snow' so I don't know).

Like ScbaKris said, a boat is the way to go. On weekends there are a lot of boats there the times i've been. Takes care of that parking problem
