Hello All,

Hope everyone’s well… bought a second hand paralenz vaquita I’m based in the UK and a quick search leaves me with not too many places to get spares or general parts from. Does anyone know of any sites or shops they use to source parts and basic service items, would be greatly appreciated…

Thankyou

I think DRIS (US) have a contact, I plan to reach out to them as well to see if they can source a couple of batteries (mine is dwindling bad)

Did you ever find a source for replacement batteries? Is there a description somewhere of the battery removal/exchange?

Sadly no — got busy with other fires

But since you’re in the US you should reach out to DRIS; you got better chance than I do

I tried asking some “dealers” about techs / service info but they all came empty (mentioning that they would’ve referred to HQ if they were still in business)

Drats.

If I get a lead on the proper replacement, I will post here. Otherwise, I will eventually attempt to disassemble the camera and see what I can learn. I'll post here if I am successful.

I’m quite sure DRIS can service it and have a stock of batteries — it just doesn’t make sense financially to send it across the Atlantic for me

Let us know what you find out
