I'm new to Scuba Board and I'm not a photographer but I am an artist (painter). I was wondering if anyone would object to my occasionaly sharing one of my marine life paintings instead of posting a photo.

As far as I'm concerned that would be great - especially if you post them in a large enough size(within board limits - 150K I think) so that I can print them out too!! By the way - hi - and welcome!!

I think you'd be taking a photo of your painting and then posting that on the board, so that counts!

I don't think you'd have to worry about underwater housings though, which should save you millions of dollars, thousands of hours of time, and a few relationships on the way....

Thanks for all the positives.
I'll try to put a couple in the gallery.
It may take a few trys to get them to display right. I have to resize them from about 3 megs to 30k. Probably loose some detail.
