So true, in Australia you need to be a pro med to legally administer oxy, the course isn't available- politics here are crazy, like they are there!

Sometimes you just have to call off rescue efforts, and let the diver, (without his shiny new gear and one of them thar fancy computer thingys) sink to the bottom with his weights. In time he will stop flailing if your "last aid" is successful.If I'm flailing in the water, please just rescue me..........
