PADI Delivers free of charge.
Beginning of June this year I received OW certification. After the final OW dive and back in the LDS my Instructor whipped out his newly acquired Camera and took my Picture for the Padi Card. Shortly thereafter my Card arrived but happy as I was, my Photo just sucked. So I emailed Padi and Customer Representative Juanita Seino immediately said they would issue a new Card if I provided a Picture. The new Card arrived unfortunately again with the hated photo, the next Card apparently got lost in the Mail but then today a new Card arrived with new Photo, Haleluya!
Thanks Juanita Saino for coming though. Also I should mention that Padi did not charged me for the replacement cards. Thanks again for making the extra effort of putting things right.:cool3:

Padi took care of me as well. I emailed Padi letting them know of an error in the spelling of the full name, my first name was spelled out twice on the ID card.
Days later I received a new card in the mail a few day later. Thanks Padi!
