I love my 45# wing... Great trim, and control underwater, inverted, rolling, etc... great control...

The 70# wing gives me a little more lift than my DR classic, and thats what I needed for the start of a dive...

I would say, for single tank stuff in warm water, go with the 30# wing. You wont need the gusset in the 45# wing. If you are diving in colder water with a drysuit, and steel singles, then I say go with the 45# wing.

Good Luck...

Wow... it seems like 30# and 45# are leading the way...

Anymore owners of the 50# and 70# willing to step out to increase the odds?

:)

30# for single and 50# for doubles, Also put a 50# on my Inspiration(fit like a glove). Warm water diving on all. If your a warm water diver the 30 is more than enough wing.

I got the 45# at EC Divers. Diving dry w/LP steel. The wing is absolutely invisible in the water, and trims out great! One very happy customer. Thanks, guys.

Dive safe,
Ken

Wow, the poll now stands at 19 Oxycheq Wings and 11 replies.

And all 11 replies are very positive... only DocMartin is confused about the 30#, otherwise this wing seems to be very well received.

Please pass the msg around:

Will All Oxycheq owners come forward and contribute or at least submit in the post.

I am sure all Oxycheq owners will be interested to know how many Wings there are already in Scubaboard (owners, I mean).

This information will be useful for all those who are interested to buy them.

;)

45lb Single Oxycheq wing. Love it! I'm about to ebay my 45lb OMS wing.

I've got the 45# so far. It replaced the Halycon 36# that went to my daughter.
The other posters are right about it being very streamline in the water and the apparent lift is transparent to the trim and buoyancy control the wing offers. Way to go Patrick!!

I may have to buy a couple of the 30# for the tropical diving we do as well.

Well Bloop, give them some time to reply. I guess most of them friends are so eager to try their newly bought wing out that they are still occupied diving with it. I bet there are a lot much more than just these.
But, unfortunatly I am still waiting for mine to arrive. :(

i dove my new 45 lbs oxycheq wing and fredT plate last weekend. It is my first B/P wing so i dont' have much to compare it against. but after a few minor adjustments to the harness everything was great. I felt my trim was good and was able to hover and hold positions much easier than the jackets i had used before. Very satisfied with my purchase especially since i was able to purchase it 2 months earlier than expected due to the price difference compared to other brands.
