I'm fairly new to diving up here in the PNW and usually dive dry with wet gloves (*due to rental suits...). I dove yesterday and by the end of the day my hands were pretty frozen...colour and movement fine though. Today my finger tips were sore...but hands felt nice 'n warm so I dove again. But so far tonight my finger tips, especially a couple in particular, hurt like with someone who's tried to pick up a steel string guitar for the first time...
Questions: Do other folks have this residule fingertip pain? and Can someone suffer any permanent nerve damage from insults like these?
(*p.s. ... this is why I'm opting for dry gloves when I finally get my own suit!!)
Cheers & Happy Diving! :thumbs-up
