I'm putting together a Scubatools order and saw their new dip tube tool. It's $40. Is this description correct?

Enables quick and easy installation of the o'ring in a Yoke style tank valve.

It appears to just grip the dip tube securely so it doesn't get damaged by pliers.

Do people find such a tool useful?

I can think of 10 things in the shop I would use before buying something like that for $40.

Honestly, with modern day compressors I'm not sure that we really need dip tubes anymore anyway.

Trash all your dip tubes without the hex in the bottom. Don't know why it took so long to make them.

Unless you are servicing other people gear, then the tool might be worth it.
