Herman nailed it on the head... It would have not shipped out that way... It's changed at some point... and with a little dedication and following the instructions there - it is pretty easy to fix.. should only take you a minute or so. I've seen this on virtually every BC on the market, but perhaps a bit more on the zeagle as their straps are made to tighten more toward your back. When you tighten up the shoulders, pull down and back - not just straight down... and if pulling at an angle, it is possible to get them to fold/roll over... but you should be able to straighten it out real easy.

If you have any problem, you can always disconnect the cummerbund and send it to me and I can do it for you and send it back, but it would be good for you to get it down.

I'll give that a shot tonight, I know exactly what you're talking about. Told you I failed the idiot test haha

I agree with Herman on this. I have seen several older rental BC's get their releases turned around, but a little puzzle work will get them straight.

Good Luck,
Dennis

I think you scored an A+ on that test.

Let's see... you know a Zeagle rep frequents this board... you allege the product is defective... you state you deserve an upgrade to a Ranger Bladder... you should be ashamed of yourself.

Can't blame a guy for trying!!
At least he wasn't saying the BC was a design flaw and he wanted his money back.

Sorry, I arrived at the party late, but sounds like everything has been cleared up...

If you have any other problems, feel free to send me a PM.

Scott
