I have a complete aversion to diving with anyone in split fins. There my be a few divers that have better control but in my experience, most are creating vortices which also serve to stir
up the bottom when diving closer to the sand. Most annoying and so unnecessary. I'm hoping others with actual experience in splits can also give good and valid reasons to purchase other style fins.
