That appears to be an OMS "Workhorse" reg, and from what I've heard from multiple people, it doesn't have a good reputation as far as performance goes. I guess workhorse might be a good name for it, as far as reliable, but there are tons of reliable regs that breathe very smoothly.
 
The OMS Workhorse is a good reg. Performance wise, it is not going to be top of the line. It is an unbalanced first and second stage. Tech divers love it, because it comes O2 clean out of the box, for less than $200. If you are on a budget, this is a great way to go. My experience is that it will still outperform some more expensive regs on the market (like Tusa), but don't expect it to perform like an Atomic, or high end Scubapro.
