I have 4 pair of jet fins, 2 with the bolt and 2 without. One pair, without the bolt, is having an issue with cracking right at the top and it runs down to where it looks like it was glued. All of mine have this piece but only one pair is doing the cracking.

The others are nice and flexible but the one pair is hard and cracking. They are all stored the same exact way and maintained the same way.

The both the ones without the bolt were purchased at the same time from what I can remember ....it was a long time ago.

The question is, can this be repaired and have you heard of this before? Strange that it is only one pair out of 4 that did this. See the photo .
