I was given a DACOR 960 1st stage and an XLB Pacer second. My LDS said they are not serviceable. If anyone can use them let me know, we'll work something out.

If the regulator is in good condition, and not needing any parts, then it is still servicable. Dacor doesn't exist now, and so the replacement parts are no longer available. But as for the regulator, the Pacer is a great regulator, and if all it needs is a cleaning, then the dive shop should be able to do that. If they cannot, or won't, try another.
