Can I change mine to medium? I thought it was borderline for 5’7” between s and m. I think you have me for a small al plate. If I could make that a med al.Medium

I dive tropics with an xtec alum plate (2 lbs) and STA (1 lb) and negatively buoyant jetfins. no weights
I’m not sure what’s the weight of your alum or Ss. If it’s 3 lbs or a bit more I’m ok with whatever material. If it’s 4 lbs or a bit more I’m still ok. Will just swap a more lighter fin to keep my buoyancy.
I read about blocks and rails. I leave it up to you. If needed or not or as you designed the plate.
Can I still use my xtec 30lb donut with this? If not it’s ok. I’ll get your suggested donut
