it looks like it might be a problem with the wysiwyg editor in some browsers. i can't seem to get it to happen to me, but looking at what is stored in the db it sure seems like it's happening at that level.

Written in Notepad where I believe many people had issues (writing in Notepad and copying and pasting it on SB).

well yah, word uses it's on character coding that's not even html. that's no surprise, you should never copy from word. copying from notepad should be fine though, i was worried that the editor was trying to convert special char's to html coded char's. but that doesn't appear to be the case for me.
