As long as I can dive, I don't care about topside weather A tornado would just deposit more cool stuff to "find" underwater. Oh look, a car! A tree! A Person! A cow! ?? wait...dude, cool, a cow! Underwater!!!

hm...I was just thinking about bringing my cow costume for one of the dives...........being that it is almost halloween.

Anyone gonna dress up or should I just leave the cow suit at home?

Hehe, as long as somebody else is dry so that I can get wet, I'll be happy, and considering we've got minors, I can just pretend to be one of them until it's time to use my over-18-ness to qualify as an adult-waivered diver.

If anyone wants some of my beverages, I'll probably have enough to share. Vintage 2006 water, or would that be "springage" or "tappage", as the case may be? (Sometimes I even splurge and drink Gatorade, but probably not this week. I save the alcohol for my ears and the caffeine for pest control, should I ever have a slug problem.)

OK, it looks like I finished all my work for the week, I’ve made it all day without drugs since my root canal this morning, I haven’t heard anything about having to teach for a couple days, there’s some tanks and gear in the back of the truck, I know where my tent and Wyoming sleeping bag is, and I don’t have to be back home for a test flight (low altitude) until Saturday afternoon/evening. Assuming my jaw still works and my ears still clear I’ll be able to get over there around 3 tomorrow afternoon, but may have to leave before noon Saturday.

I’d love to get in a night dive and check out the cave diver doings. Is there a dinner there or do I need to pack up some food for the evening (beverages are already packed) and what is needed for breakfast? Is anyone diving tomorrow evening?

We will be dressing up so bring whatever you want.
Be warned that a medieval trebuchet may show up for launching cattle or pigs, or small children if they get too close... at unsuspecting tubers.
What to bring for dinner, check first post, food is mostly potluck for the weekend, but there's usually plenty of it.
Breakfast stuff we can always use:
eggs, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms (legal kind), grated cheese, ground sausage,
salsa, tortilla breads for brekky burry-toes,... basicly anything someone wants on/in an omelet or breakfast burrito.
I have my shopping list and am signing off. I'll be back at the house/online at least once more before heading to Ginnie, so if anyone needs to get in touch, leave a message at 352 395 6536, or here at SB. I'll leave word when I'm heading out there.
As for acting like a kid, I look so young, I get carded for LOTTO tix! Imagine if someone sees me with a rum bottle!

I am on it ... I will stop at a store in High Springs and pick up Breakfast stuff ... but I will not have a place to store the stuff ... I will hand it over when I get in this afternoon. As far as pot luck goes I will bring something sweet (other then myself)

Guess I ought to head home for "lunch" and load up all the dive gear, tanks, SpareAir... oh, wait, that wasn't I. Well, I'll just load the rest of it, then, so once the clock hits 4:30pm CDT, I can be off toward Ginnie. See you bright and early at 8:00... or damp and on time at least, as the case may be.
