Hey A2K. Let us know when you are going. Both BA & SCC are great places to stay. There are fans of both places here and if you do a search you will get a lot of information and be able to make your selection.

Thanks Blue Steal. After some consideration we have decided to go with Blue Angel. Now I just have to get with my command about when my R&R dates are so I can book the trip. Looking forward to my first COZ trip though..

The wife and I will be in COZ Oct 24th - 30th. Probably SCC but not booked yet.

Staying at Blue angel in October. Do you pay for food and beverages as you go, or at check out?Pesos or dollars? What is the preference ?

Prices on the menu are in US dollars. Breakfast is included everyday and lunch is included on days you dive. You can either pay as you go, or just sign your room number on the bill. I just signed and settled up the bill at the end. I brought american express travelers checks anyway to pay for the room and diving, so it was easier for me. I always tip the waiter in $US, usually $1 for lunch.
Food is good, selection is small but I always found something. I ate 10 breakfasts and 10 lunches and 2 dinners on my last trip. this trip, we plan on eating lunch and dinner in town often.
