+1 for the Delta 4. I used a rental one for my OW certification dives and, after a fair bit of reseacrh, decided it was the best I could afford to buy. Easy breathing, environmetally sealed (important if you're diving in cold water) and reasonably priced.

You will still need to soak it to clean it after your dive. An enviromentally sealed regulator is a first stage that is designed for cold water. A non sealed regulator can freeze and freeflow in cold enough water.
