I posted in the Oceanic forum too, but it seems pretty quiet there. Anyone know of a suitable diaphragm cover replacement for my Delta 4? I don’t mind it even being a different brand if it works.

Did you ever replace the purge valve? If so, how did you remove the cover? I have exact same issue. But, cannot remove cover to replace the purge valve.

The aluminum ring sticks with any salt or grit that gets in there - especially if you don't remove it regularly to clean the threads. Might just need to turn harder. if still won't budge try soaking it for a while in warm water - maybe with some vinegar to help dissolve salt deposits

I posted 2x as I wasn't certain both would be seen. I've used vinegar and Krud Kutter on a lobster snare I found on ocean floor. Not sure why I didn't think of that first. But thanks, the vinegar worked.
