but I have a question.

For those who have been to my place for dinner and have used the bathroom . . .

How much paint do I need to paint the walls. I want to paint the bathroom attached to my room and it is about the same size as the guest bathroom. I wouldn't think I'd need a whole gallon. But I want to make sure before I buy paint.

I wouldn't think you would need more then two quarts unless you are covering a dark color with a light color which may require two coats. But, it is odd but sometimes a gallon is cheaper then a couple quarts. Not sure that helps you much but I think a gallon would be way to much if you are just doing one coat. Just save the top of the can with the mix sticker on it and if you buy a quart and have to get more, take the sticker with you and it should match.

But, I wasn't focusing on the walls last time I was in there so I could be wrong!!:D

yeah, I like to buy the whole gallon. you always want to keep some on reserve. it's best to have extra of the exact color, and at least enough to cover one entire wall.

Remember me? :D Ok, maybe not... there was alot of drinking going on! LOL Oh, wait... I think that was someone elses bathroom... maybe. Hmmmm.... now I'm wondering. Hahaha... kidding. I just thought that was a funny post! ;)

Nevermind! LOL

Personal experience, I'd say buy the whole gallon... it's nice to have some extra on reserve! :D

Not that I've seen the bathroom . . .but I'm going with those saying "get the whole gallon" You never know when you're going to need to do touch up work and getting the shade matched otherwise could be tough.

Glad I could entertain. :D

Get the whole gallon because too many times when you buy 2 quarts they don’t always come out the exact same color.
