I have a couple of the PST E-7 100's that nothing will stick to. I know a few of you have them as well. What to do with them? Can't send them back. My LDS will service them and fill for now, but I bet nobody else will without VIP/nitrox stickers.

Two thoughts: If your LDS will service and fill them, what's the big deal? You r problem is already solved.
More reasonable suggestions:
Try spray paint. If it sticks, then put the sticker there.
