Same here on mine... however since it sound like you guys are dumping one out of two canisters at a time, what if you had an indicator in the first one? Would that help to answer some of the curious questions posed in this thread?

You can actually see the [outside of the] sorb in a Hollis P2! [haha]
The SOP with a Revo is to dump the top scrubber (the 'exhale' scrubber) then switch the bottom to the top, refill the empty scrubber and it goes into the bottom.

This is done with timings, max 3h, or when the RMS -- Revo Monitoring System / "tempstick" -- says it's done.

It's a nice feature as a week of deep dives means you only swap one 1.3kg/3lbs cannister per dive, half the 'sorb of most other rebreathers.
