Mike even made a mini sidewinder to fit into smaller caves.
Wow, what a video !! No hiding from that flow and pull and glide>>forget it. But it's some great viz !!

Thanks for all the replies.

It would appear then that KISS has done the research and decided that 1.45KG is the minimum for a safe working unit and used this in the DIveTalk Go. Is this an axiel or radial scrubber? I assume axiel being a low volume scrubber?

The Revo has two 1.35kg scrubbers in series. If the dive is less than 3h, you “cycle” the scrubbers (swap out the exhale, switch the inhale scrubber into the exhale and refill the other scrubber and insert into the inhale position). Over 3h you refill both scrubbers.

The only other rebreather I know of with swappable scrubbers is the specialist Fathom Gemini rebreather.

The Revo also has a scrubber temperature probe system (RMS) to monitor the reaction front. It’s useful for reference but not something to rely upon to push scrubber times.

Cycle able scrubbers ala Revo (possibly sw2?) seem like the best answer to such things.
