We were going to stay at one of the units there last year but the other couple could not commit (but ended up going). All the units we compared looked great and the place is in a great location. Tom's current price is super low for the size of unit.

That is a good price given the size of the unit (though I am never sure what charges AirBnB layers on ). Palmar location is even better now than it normally is because there aren’t 10,000 cruise ship passengers going by every day. I am not sure if Ernesto’s is open right now (That was one of closet restaurants to Palmar and one of my favorites for post dive fajitas and a margarita by the water )

You can input dates and see exact charges for cleaning and service fee. Last few trips we stayed at Villa Tan Kah and dived with Scuba Shack, would get back at noon, rinse gear, then have tacos and beers while watching it dry from Ernesto's. Unless we did a shore dive then same thing only 2 hours later.

Ernesto's is currently closed, but the car rental operation is open.
