That blue teflon tape start to leak in about 1/2 turn.I'd turn the gas off, wrap a towel around the gauge (so if it pops off it is protected) put a wrench on the right arrow nut to stabilize it, and slowly undo the spg at the left arrow. When it starts hissing, stop and let it hiss until the hissing stops, then undo it a bit more until the hissing starts again. Repeat until loose.
