Going to Belize on Thursday. From what I've been able to research, Nitrox availability on Ambergeris Caye looks limited to non-existant.

There is a dive shop on Ambergris Caye that has Nitrox. It's located at Journey's End Resort.
Have fun. Great diving there. Be sure to have them tie food onto Amigo's Wreck. The sharks will eat, and then let you play with them! We turned them over and got to pet their full bellies.
