Is there any evidence that the common motion-sickness medications (OTC dramamine to the Scop patch) increase OxTox odds?

Thanks,
Cra2

I would doubt it, as OxTox risk is increased by stimulants, and dramamine is sedating. I might worry about narcosis...?

Thankfully none.

Triptone has been shown to enhance the effect of N2 narcosis. Its assumed that other pills, from meclizine to diphenhydramine, may cause a similar effect as they are in the same chemical family.

There are no reported ill effects for scopolamine in diving beyond the higher risk for blurred vision.
