Simple answer- Yes

Complex answer- depends on the nitrox mixture and more importantly your tank should be properly cleaned in case the person filling the tank uses a partial pressure blending technique.

Take a nitrox class and you'll learn all that
 
I agree with the above posts. Any regulator, even those with buna rubber o-rings in the wet part of the regulator, will work with any recreational % of nitrox. Most modern nitrox regulators only have Viton o-rings in the wet part anyway, and feature regulator rubber o-rings on the low pressure side of the reg.

I just enrolled in the Nitrox class and already have a regulator, I kinda wanted to know before I had to buy a new reg. So thanks ya'll for the quick response!
