Thanks CTX. That sounds like a grand idea and probably what I will do when I decide to get another camera. I have my Go Pro Hero that takes OK pics and videos so I think I'm going to play with that for a while

3 years ago I lost my camera slipped off my wrist .Went out and purchasedd clips , Lanyard with clips , and any type of device that u clip one end on to your BC and the other end to camera .and u never remove the side attached to BC .This shoudl give u some sort of idea what I talking about .This devices can be purchased at any dive shop

36" Quick Release Coil Lanyard with Brass Clip and SS Split Ring

Thats what i use and it works great, I also added a small loop of bungee which allows my to strap my camera tight against my body which is quite useful to stop it catching on anything.
